How long until I get my SV's after placing my order online?
Depending on stock, most SV products are shipped within 48 to 72 hours. This generally results in you receiving your order in 2 to 7 days.
What is your return policy with online (phone or mail) purchases?
SV Guarantee! If you are not satisfied with any SV Optics product we will refund your money no questions asked within 45 days of purchase. Return your sunglasses or product in its original condition in its original packaging for a full refund. After receipt and inspection of the returned items a full refund will be applied to your credit card for the price of the items returned in original condition.
Where can I buy SV's in my town?
If you live in California (or even visiting) please visit one of the SV Optics Authorized Dealers. Our dealers carry the latest SV styles.
Do you sell and ship out of the United States?
No. Currently we only sell and ship inside the United States for online sales.
What is your warranty on sunglasses?
Your SV's automatically come with the SV one year product warranty.
We stand behind all of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your product purchase. We want you to be a customer for life and your complete satisfaction is our aim.

How long does it take to process warranty claims?
Generally most warranty claims will be processed within two weeks from receipt of the product plus shipping time from our warehouse.
I don't trust the internet. How can I buy direct from SV?
If you can't visit one of our dealers you can compute the cost of your order and mail a personal check, cashier's check or credit card information with instructions regarding your purchase e.g. items you want to purchase and quantities, where to ship the products purchased, etc. Don't forget to include shipping costs in your payment.
