Your SV Optic sunglasses automatically come with the SV one year product warranty.  

We stand behind all of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your product purchase.  We want you to be a customer for life and your complete satisfaction is our aim.

SV Optics Warranty Policy

One Year Product Warranty-No Questions Asked!

All SV Optics sunglasses are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Warranty coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized SV Optics Dealer or from the SV Optics website.  Just send in your shades with proof of purchase and we will either repair or replace your sunglasses at our discretion.  Replaced sunglasses will be exchanged for the exact same style, color and lens type unless unavailable at the time of claim.  If the replacement sunglass is unavailable a replacement will be selected by SV Optics at it's sole discretion.  Bottom line, we want you to be satisfied with your SV's.

The SV Optics One Year Product Warranty program does not cover scratched lenses (Use your SV Micro Fiber Baggy!).   Any modification of SV Optics sunglasses void the warranty.

SV Optics will even replace your lenses or repair your thrashed sunglasses for a nominal fee even if you have no valid proof of purchase from an Authorized SV Optics Dealer or from the SV OPTICS online store based on our sole discretion.  Just tell us your story.

Warranty Procedures

How To Make A Warranty Claim

Mail your sunglasses in a solid cardboard box to protect against damage in transit and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. SV Optics is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please include the following information in your package:

1. Your full name, return address, telephone number and e-mail address.

2. Your original receipt as proof of purchase from an Authorized SV Optics Dealer or SV Optics online store.  (If you do not have this you will not qualify for the one year lifetime warranty, however, we will still consider your claim.  Just tell us your story.)

3. A brief description of why you are making a warranty claim with all relevant details.

4. A check payable to SV Optics for $5.00 to cover shipping and handling.


Generally, SV Optics warranty claims are processed within 2 weeks from receipt of your sunglasses, however, turn around times vary.
